Comparison

GYMZO vs JEFIT: which workout tracker fits how you train?

Short answer: pick GYMZO if you want an ad-free free tier, plans that pass from a coach to a member by code, Arabic or another of 36 languages, or a free live screen for your gym floor.

The short version

  • Pick GYMZO if you want no ads on the free tier, plans you can hand over by code, a language JEFIT doesn't ship, or a screen for your gym.
  • Either works if you want a solid gym log with a big exercise library and progress charts — both have covered that for years.

Where GYMZO is different

No ads, ever

GYMZO's free tier carries no advertising at all. JEFIT's free tier is ad-supported, which is the most commonly cited reason people upgrade or leave.

Plans that change hands

A coach or friend shares a QR or 6-digit code and you import your own permanent copy — no community publishing step, no account linking. JEFIT's sharing model is a public routine database, which is a different thing for a different purpose.

36 languages, Arabic-first, full RTL

JEFIT's App Store listing shows six languages, none of them Arabic. GYMZO ships 36 with full right-to-left layout, and Arabic is the default rather than a late addition.

A free screen for the gym

Any TV with a browser shows a room code; members pair from the app and the floor sees who's training. Free to the gym, no hardware. JEFIT has no gym-facing display.

What both apps do well

  • Unlimited free workout logging.
  • Large exercise libraries with visual demonstrations.
  • Custom exercises when the library doesn't have your movement.
  • Progress charts built on your own training history.
  • Plan structures that handle supersets and circuits properly.
  • iPhone and Android apps that work offline-tolerantly in a gym.

If you're switching

There's no automatic import from JEFIT into GYMZO. Rebuild your current routine in the plan builder — or let GYMZO AI Coach draft one and edit it — and log forward from today.

If a specific JEFIT community routine is what you train, copying its exercises into a GYMZO plan takes a few minutes and you'll own the result permanently.
